The "Out of Pocket" Syndrome

It’s amazing how we sometimes behave like our life is an ‘out of pocket’ expense account or fund that we can spend when we feel like it and hold back when ever we want!
The question however is, what are you spending your life on and what are you holding back from? In the midst of death, sickness, sadness, affliction and distress, many are confused and fearful and I hear or rather ‘see’ (on Facebook) many people praying. I’m not sure if they are actually praying those prayers or if they are asking the readers to say the prayers; but whatever the case is let me tell you something my people, THIS IS NOT A JOKE!!!

We tend to want to use God when it suits our purpose. Many who do not like to be ‘religious’ are suddenly very religious and prayerful! What happens when the threat goes away? Will it again become ‘business as usual?’ If so, then all you are is a USER! And woe to the one who sets his mind to use his creator. GRAVE MISTAKE! The Creator made you for His purpose! TO USE YOU!!! He is the USER not you!

Are you afraid that if you acknowledge God too much or walk too close to Him you Will disappear like Enoch? If you ask me, I would say ‘that is just what you need.’ YOU NEED TO DISAPPEAR! That you who rejects God and do not accept His plan and purpose for your life! You who are ashamed of Him and refuse to be His messenger. You who want to use Him instead of allowing Him to use you!

He says, in Matt. 10:39 ‘to find your life you must lose it!’ Many of us have no life because we are afraid to lose it to God! Afraid that He will come in and take over and take charge! But who told you that you are in charge? That is the biggest DECEPTION ever!!!! You can never be in charge unless you surrender to Him! John 1:12 The power to be in charge comes only through full surrender and belief in Jesus Christ!
Rom. 9:20 The CREATED cannot say to the CREATOR, ‘why did you make me this way! You need to DISAPPEAR!!!
